Isabel'S California Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lg. potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. margarine, melted
corn flakes or crackers
Preparation

Cook potatoes with skins on.
Chill and then grate.
Make sauce from other ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Cook until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Put potatoes in greased casserole and pour sauce over potatoes.
Make crumb topping using corn flakes or crackers mixed with margarine. Bake for 45 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
