Rolled Stuffed Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. haddock fillets
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender (not brown).
    Stir in crumbs and seasonings.
    Blend in 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
    Cut fillets in 5 (8-inch long) strips (Taste O' Sea brand is already cut).
    Spread with stuffing and roll up.
    Place in greased casserole or baking cups, uncovered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Spread with remaining mayonnaise.
    Bake for 20 minutes longer.
    Garnish with parsley.
