Lemon Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Whip egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy.
    Slowly beat in 1 cup sugar until meringue is stiff and glossy.
    Spread into well-buttered and floured 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until dry and crisp.
