Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cornbread stuffing
4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole with Pam.
Melt margarine.
Add 1/2 stuffing mix in bottom of casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Top with the other 1/2 package of stuffing mix and bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
This recipe can be halved.
