Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 to 2 c. egg noodles
salt and pepper
2 1/2 to 3 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. A.1.
1 tsp. dried chives
1 tsp. dried onion bits
8 to 10 pieces sliced mushrooms, cut in 1/4's
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Sprinkle salt and pepper in skillet.
Crumble ground beef and brown at 350\u00b0 (medium heat) for 10 minutes; stir.
Drain grease and turn down heat to 250\u00b0 (medium/low).
Add all the noodles and dried chives, onion bits and water.
Cook at 250\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until noodles are tender.
