Stir-Fried Carrots And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    5 large carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    5 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in skillet until bubbly; add carrots, mushrooms and onions.
    Cook and stir about 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Yields 6 servings.
