Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Stir first 3 ingredients together, add Crisco and mix with fork until crumbly.
    In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup water, egg and vinegar. Combine the 2 mixtures until moistened.
    Divide into 5 balls; chill at least 1 hour.
    Makes 5 (9-inch) crusts.
