Spinach Salad With Cooked Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until soft, blend in flour and salt.
    Add water, lemon juice, horseradish and Worcestershire.
    Cook and stir until mixture boils.
    Dice 1 of eggs and stir into dressing.
    Pour dressing over spinach that has been washed and torn into small pieces and is in a bowl.
    Toss lightly.
    Garnish with egg and crumbled bacon.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
