6 Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in large plastic bowl.
    Add oil, eggs and buttermilk.
    Cover.
    Store in refrigerator until ready to bake.
    Fill muffin tins 1/2 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Makes lots!
    Will keep approximately 6 weeks.
