Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/8-inch thick (cut each slice into 2 or 4 triangles)
    1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange tomatoes and cheese on platter.
    Mix basil and olive oil and pour over tomatoes and cheese.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Serves six.
