Corned Beef Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. thinly sliced corned beef
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    Beat together eggs and milk with salt.
    Tear up corned beef, Cheddar cheese and onion.
    Stir all together and pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
