Stir-Fry Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast strips
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 c. vegetables (fresh or frozen): broccoli, green peppers, water chestnuts, carrots
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Stir-fry chicken in oil until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Add all ingredients.
    Stir and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
