Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Add next four ingredients.
Add flour.
Stir in carrots.
Put in 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
