Creamy Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) bag carrots, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. reserved cooking liquid
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots until crisp-tender.
    Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
    Place carrots in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish and reserved liquid. Spread over carrots.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
