Quick Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. softened or melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    3/4 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend margarine, syrup, peanut butter and salt in a large bowl.
    Stir in sugar gradually.
    Knead on waxed paper then put in 9 x 13-inch pan and cut in squares.
