Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. broccoli
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Simmer onion, water, chicken bouillon, salt and potatoes until potatoes are partially tender.
    Add broccoli and simmer until soft.
    Add milk and Velveeta and heat until cheese is melted.
    Do not boil.
