Homemade Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef (extra lean)
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix together uncooked.
    Put in refrigerator for the next 3 days.
    Knead the mixture for 5 minutes each day.
    On the fifth day, form into rolls (6 to 8).
    Put into oven on a cookie sheet. Bake at 160\u00b0 for 9 hours.
    Turn over after 4 1/2 hours.
