Buttermilk Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Put melted butter in baking pan.
    Dip chicken in milk.
    Roll in flour, salt and pepper.
    Place in pan skin side down.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Turn and bake 15 minutes.
    Add a mixture of the soup and buttermilk; pour over chicken and continue to bake until done and sauce is bubbly.
    Sauce is delicious over rice.
