Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, softened
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation

Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar; cut in margarine until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Press mixture into bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until light brown.
