Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. raw rice
1/4 to 1/3 c. parsley
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 small can tomatoes
6 large peppers
Preparation

Top and core peppers.
Salt inside.
Mix rest of ingredients and stuff into peppers.
Place in crock-pot.
Cover with mix of water, one can of tomato sauce and one beef bouillon.
Place inverted plate on top to keep peppers submerged.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
