Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. small curd creamed cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in water.
Heat cottage cheese and butter to lukewarm.
Combine sugar, onion, dill seed, salt, soda and egg. Combine 3 mixtures.
Add flour and beat well.
Cover and let rise until double (1 hour).
Stir down and put into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0.
Cook 40 to 50 minutes.
Take out of pan immediately.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
