Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 to 12 lb. venison, cut with the grain into 1/2 to 1-inch strips
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. salt
    6 tsp. onion powder
    6 tsp. garlic powder
    9 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix together and pour over meat.
    Marinate overnight.
    Remove meat and dry on paper towels.
    Place on cookie sheet in single layer and dry in 200\u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 hours, or until it feels dry.
    Cool and put in airtight jar.
