Cajun Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large white potatoes
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. Cajun Land Cajun seasoning
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped white onions
    1/3 c. finely chopped green onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. smoked sausage or Cajun ham
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 325\u00b0 until you can easily pierce with fork (about 1 1/2 hours).
    Cut lengthwise.
    Scoop out potatoes, leaving enough of the potatoes to hold shells firmly together.
    Whip potatoes with margarine, whipping cream, Cajun Land Cajun seasoning, onions, meat and cheese.
    Refill potato shells with mixture.
    Reheat at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
