Creole Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. link sausage, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1 pkg. mixed vegetables
1 medium onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 can tomato sauce
salt to taste
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet.
Put in chopped onion and chopped bell pepper.
Saute both in the margarine, then add the sausage, the tomato sauce and the vegetables.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until tender.
