Dutch Babies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9-inch pan, melt the butter in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    In a bowl with wire whisk or eggbeater, beat the eggs, milk and flour. Tilt the melted butter around the sides of a pan; pour in the batter and bake for 20 minutes (it will puff up).
    Serve with maple syrup.
    Serves 6.
