Stuffed Celery Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 medium stalks celery
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped ham
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Cut celery into 3-inch pieces (make sure celery is dry).
Mix remaining ingredients; spread about 1 tablespoon in each piece of celery.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Makes about 14 appetizers.
