Milk Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. nonfat, plain yogurt
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
1 banana
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together in blender.
Makes approximately 2 servings; each contains 92 calories and less than 1 g fat.
