Ingredients

2 c. mango fruit, skins and seeds removed and pureed
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in non-corrosive pan.
Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove to a shallow container; set in freezer.
Stir every 30 minutes to keep from freezing solid.
Scrape into glasses; garnish with raspberry sauce and fresh mint.
Serves 12.
