Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (unsifted)
    1 c. Crisco (slightly rounded)
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut the Crisco into the flour.
    Add the water, milk, oil and salt.
    Mix gradually.
    Work into a ball using a little extra flour to handle.
    Chill before rolling out.
    Keeps well in refrigerator for at least a week.
    Makes 3 single crusts.
