Heavenly Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
    1 c. cold water or pineapple juice
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. marshmallows (about 32), cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Put gelatin in bowl and pour water or juice over it.
    Let soak a few minutes.
    Pour boiling water in bowl and stir until completely dissolved.
    Add cut up marshmallows; stir until dissolved.
    Add vinegar, sugar, salt and lemon juice.
    Set in cold place until thick, then add 1 cup nuts, 1 cup mayo, 2 packages cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple.
    Store in fridge for 8 hours.
    Serves 12.
