Purple Plum Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 to 5 pitted plums
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1/4 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter, brown sugar and flour to smooth paste.
    Stir in lemon juice and spread in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Put plums, cut side down, on top of paste.
    Mix cake mix with remaining ingredients.
    Spread over plums.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
