Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. white potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
    1 small can pimento
    2 c. milk or enough to cover
    1 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled potatoes until nearly done.
    Peel and slice into large baking dish.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
