Macaroon Pie(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. almond extract
    dash of salt
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, adding 1/2 cup sugar; beat until stiff.
    Beat 1/2 cup sugar into egg yolks.
    Add rest of ingredients (crumbs, nuts, extract and salt).
    Fold into egg whites.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and cover with whipped cream.
