Impossible Punkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Preparation

Place in blender.
Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into greased pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve with whipped topping.
