Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/3 c. seedless green grapes
1 1/2 oz. shredded fat-free Mozzarella
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/8 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. fat-free sour cream
3/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
pepper to taste
lettuce leaves
tomato slices
4 to 6 pita bread
green grapes
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
Place lettuce leaf and tomato slice in each pita bread.
Spoon chicken salad on top of lettuce and tomato. Garnish with green grapes.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
