Peach Cobber - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh peaches, sliced and peeled
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash and slice peaches. Combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in pan.
    Add peaches and lemon juice. Add enough water to almost cover the peaches. Cook on medium until peaches are tender. If peaches are tart, 1/3 cup extra sugar may be added.
