Cauliflower In Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    garnish with butter
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower into flowerets and then into little pieces.
    Place cauliflower in boiling salt water and cook until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Drain again and dredge with seasoned flour.
    Pan-fry in butter until lightly browned. Serve with melted butter and parsley.
    Serves 4 to 6.
