Cranberry Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1/4 lb. bulk sausage
    1/3 c. quick oats
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1/3 c. dark brown sugar, packed to measure
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg and milk in a large bowl.
    Add meat, oats, onion and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 5 individual loaves and place in a baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over loaves.
    Reserve glaze for basting.
    Bake about 45 minutes, basting once or twice with glaze.
    Serve remaining glaze warm in gravy boat.
