Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cold skim milk
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt in mixing bowl.
    Mix with cold milk.
    Pour at once into flour.
    Stir lightly with fork until blended.
    Add more liquid if necessary to make dough hold together.
    Divide into 2 portions.
    Refrigerate until ready to prepare pie.
    Makes 1 crust.
