Low-Fat Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. shrimp
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. crabmeat
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    3/4 c. long grain rice
    1/3 c. cold water
    2 c. sliced okra (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 bay leaf
    bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Spread flour in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 45 minutes, stirring once.
    Meanwhile in a large saucepan, stir water, onion, pepper, garlic and bouillon to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Cook rice according to directions, omitting butter and salt.
    Keep warm.
