Do Ahead Sausage Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    1 1/2 lb. link or bulk sausage
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    2 3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Grease 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Cut bread into cubes.
    Place layer on bottom of pan.
    Cook and drain sausage; place on layer of bread.
    Layer grated cheese on sausage.
    Mix together eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and dry mustard.
    Pour over pan.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
