Chalope - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Boston butt
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 head lettuce
    3 large tomatoes, chopped
    2 onions, diced
    2 large pkg. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
    1 bottle taco sauce
    1 large bag corn chips
    2 pickled jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Use large pot or boiler, place Boston butt, pintos, salt, caraway seed, chili powder and jalapeno peppers, covered with water and cook on low to medium heat for 3 to 4 hours or until meat shreds in mixture.
    Break up lettuce.
    Dip cooked mixture on plate; add 1 serving lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and taco sauce on top; serve with chips.
    Yields 12 servings.
