Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled, thickly sliced fresh peaches
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In bowl, mix peaches, sugar, tapioca, flour and nutmeg.
    Set aside 5 minutes.
    Prepare pie crust. Add fruit to 9-inch pie plate.
    Drizzle with lemon juice. Dot with butter.
    Adjust top crust.
    Slit top for steam to release.
    Flute edges and cover edge with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 30 to 35 minutes more, until golden.
    Cool.
