Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    5 slices white bread, cubed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Add pineapple and mix well.
    Place in 8-inch square baking dish. In a medium skillet, melt oleo.
    Add bread and cook until cubes are browned, stirring occasionally.
    Place bread evenly over pineapple mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
