Roman Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute broccoli in oil for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with salt. Cover with wine and simmer until tender.
    Drain.
    Sprinkle with butter and cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
