Chocolate Caramel Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/8 c. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    2 1/4 sticks butter
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    7 1/2 Tbsp. milk
    1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients.
    Add butter (melted) and mix well.
    Press into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
