Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw apples (medium), grated
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine in one bowl the grated raw apples with egg. Mix well. Add sugar and cooking oil.
Stir.
Add nuts, vanilla and cinnamon, stirring well.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to first mixture and blend well.
Turn into greased oblong pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes or
until done.
