Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix flour, paprika, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a plastic bag. Shake chicken pieces in flour mixture, one piece at a time. Lay in a single layer on baking pan that has been greased with margarine. Dot with more margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, turning over once. Turn oven up to 450\u00b0 and bake 10-15 minutes longer until chicken is brown and bubbling.
