Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut, flaked
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, butter, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
