M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft (real) butter Land 'O Lakes sweet cream
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    1 c. smashed M&M's
    3/4 lb. bag M&M's
Preparation
    Mix until smooth butter, white sugar and dark brown sugar. Add vanilla, egg, flour, baking soda and salt.
    Mix should be firm, not too moist.
    Add 1 cup smashed M&M's; fold in.
    Then add whole M&M's (rest of a 3/4 pound bag).
    Drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Can do ahead.
    Can freeze.
